The Myles Standish Professional Center is a 35,000 square foot office building strategically located at the entrance to the Myles Standish Industrial Park. Developed as an investment property for Atlantic Power Inc., the building was designed to provide flexible office space while ensuring an efficient timeline. One of the standout features of the Myles Standish Professional Center is its innovative use of prefabricated stud-cast panels for the exterior walls. This modular construction method significantly expedited the building process by allowing most of the core and shell to be completed during the winter months without the need for temporary heat or additional staging. The prefabricated panels not only streamlined the construction schedule but also enhanced the buildings durability and overall aesthetic appeal. Thanks to the efficiency of the modular construction approach, the entire structure was completed in just eight months, ensuring a fast turnaround for the investment property.
